Attention Football Players and Cheerleaders

                                  ***Conditioning Week is Here***                   


-We wil be at *Connelly Field which is located on Dark Lane behind the Carroll School in Downtown Peabody.

-We will be starting at 5:00 p.m. SHARP...(that means all players should be there at 4:45 p.m.) and conditioning till 7:30 p.m. on August 4th, 5th, 6th & 7th...


  ♦All players MUST bring their practice shirts, cleats, and WATER (BRING PLENTY OF WATER)

     NO Pads

     NO Hitting

     NO Helmets

     NO Quitting


  ♦All Cheerleaders MUST also report for conditioning week; same time & same place.  Please wear Tanners t-shirts, sneakers and grey shorts....and don't forget plenty of water, they will be working just as hard as the football players...

   -If you have not been sized nor ordered your cheering uniforms, we are having one more scheduled fitting. 

   -It will be Saturday July 26th at NEATCO's from 9:00 a.m. till 10:30 a.m.

   -If you can not make this last fitting, THEN;  you must call NEATCO's and schedule and appointment at their convenience

Coach's Corner

Welcome to Coaches Corner, where your Coaches will be offering advice, suggestions and or assitance on any and all topics.

    This weeks TIP is about water or H20 or Hydration or anthing else you want to to call it and its importance. 
     Our bodies are made up of 60% water.  When you work out and sweat your body loses a lot of that water and if you do not replenish it, then your body starts to break down.  You will get tired, get a headache, you will cramp, you will be slower, your muscles will ache or your body will just plain quit.  So when your training or working out or in a game, drink water.  Again, if you do not drink water you will become dehydrated and not able to perform at a high level.  If you are working hard and not sweating, that is the first sign that you may be dehydrated, your body sweating is a good indication of a hydrated body.  You will be working hard all season long, therefore you should be drinking plenty of water before, during and after practices and games.

So here is the TIP, stay Hydrated and drink water....
